Never works
Hardly ever works. Always has a problem loading the app.
Dumb Wi-Fi
Not working , haven’t been able to get on it for a couple weeks now , wish they would fix their issues
The 90s called and they want their dial up internet back.
I’ve had issues in the past and still continue to do so. The safety parameters I set for my young kids failed. They were still able to access porn and other things. Now, I have to wait for the app as it seems to have found its identity in the 90s. It takes forever like dial up when you wanted to hurry up and check your email in that small window before your parents came home from work. The message “There was a delay, please try again,” pops up in a window, mockingly, letting you know that this app to control your internet doesn’t have plans on letting you do so anytime soon. Whoever developed this app needs to find a new career path. Taco Bell is always hiring and so is McDonald’s, but they would be more suited to fit right in with Denny’s so that you can wait forever for your food and wonder if you’ll ever even get what you ordered in the first place.

I continue to hope that at some point, this app will work correctly. I get tired of seeing the message that my app can’t connect (which no other app on my phone seems to have an issue with, by the way) as well as watching the circle spin as it tries to do something, anything…
Awful App
I love the idea of this app, but it’s definitely lacking. IF I can get the app to load, 99% of the time it “can’t locate” some of our devices, even if said devices at sitting directly to the phone using the app. I can see from the other recent reviews that I’m not alone in my frustration. Please fix this issue.

This app works great until it doesn’t.
Recently, we’ve had more issues with the app than ever before. It constantly states that “App is unable to connect at this time. Please try again and if the problem persists please contact your service provider.”
I use this app to help my children manage their internet time. If they earn extra time on the internet, I go in and change it. But many times, I can’t do it because of the error message I get.
It’s disappointing to say the least.

Best app-way to go Pioneer!
Love the fact you can mange your home network from your phone. App is easy to use and you can set it up as tight as you want by device, apps, child. Great parental control features. I work from home, so the device prioritization setting allows me to make my computer priority on the bandwidth demand in the home. Keep up the good work Pioneer!

What happened?
I open the app and all I see is a blank page. The only icon at the bottom that works is the settings button.
