Cannot use the apps after subscription 😆😆😆

I paid subscription for this app so I could share my collage but I don’t understand why I can’t share on Facebook or anywhere on social media..

App MALFUNCTION
This App is a RIP OFF!! I have a subscription until MAY 2021 but I cannot use nor share any slideshow I create. I reported the issue in JUNE 2020 and again this month of APRIL 2021, the « GoPix iOS Feedback » is a joke, they never responded to any of either of my inquiry. I NEEED A REFUND OF MY SUBSCRIPTION. Please fix this. 🙏🏽

Compre la pro y no funciona
Acabo de pagar por la versión pro por un año, Y el día que la compre muy bien pero ahora que quiero hacer otros videos no me da la opción de guardar me aparece la marca de que lo compre y cuando le pico a restaurar suscripción de miembro me aparece error y si le pico a restaurar compra igual me marca error. Que puedo hacer?

Great but..... subscription doesn’t work
I reviewed the free app years ago and I love it. I recently decided to purchase the annual subscription to get more - which even that in the description is vague - but the app does not recognize my annual subscription. I have tried restoring purchase and description and nothing works.
I don’t like airing dirty laundry but after their initial response to “restore” which I did and told them so in my first email - I have heard nothing back. I would either like the app to be updated and fixed or would like the annual subscription price refunded. Of course now I hear nothing back at all.
I also asked for clarification of what you get more for the subscription and I can’t even get them to tell me that. As I said, it’s a great app but beware if you decide to subscribe. It may not work.

ここの説明はまだ無料アプリとなってますけど高額の課金をしてProにしないとひとつも作れません。
課金して手に入れたテンプレートの代金返をしてください。ロゴを消すのに課金した分もです。

Paguei pelo pacote de um ano e não funciona, estão me bloqueando ao usar o aplicativo. No caso tenho que pagar novamente pra ter acesso.
