Why my account cannot login when my annual VIP subscription will only expire on 16 February2026
I have cancelled my annual VIP subscription right now (4 Dec 2025) as I seldom use this app for the whole year due to busy schedule. However, my current annual subscription will only end on 16 February 2026. Why I cannot login the apps already ? Are you refunding for remaining 2 and half month if the apps does not let my account to login and use within the remaining 2 and half month.

My child used to fail her Chinese before using this app. Now she is getting AL1. Best app ever.
This keeps my kid interested
My kids won’t stop doing this game and they already know a lot of Chinese! This is a 5 stars for me. I love everything about it. My kids say it’s not boring like other apps
Paid for VIP and didn’t get access for months
I bought my son a subscription for the three month VIP. I kept reaching out to them because he only had limited access. They kept telling me that I had bought it through a different email account even though, that was not the case. I got tired of saying the same exact thing and sending screenshots with order number from my account that verified the same thing. I just canceled.
