Challenging Hero Max
I use this app primarily with my hero max and it’s a pain to use.
No cloud editing for over 4gb is a hurdle.
Controlling camera direction while editing is very non intuitive. Once edited the view locks on playback.
Slow and buggy throughout.
Needs some pretty big updates for max compatibility before it’s as good as instas 360 software.

Disappointed
I’ve used Quik for years and have always found it easy to use! It was an amazing app. But recently it’s not working well at all. It’s really frustrating because it crashes constantly. This September I will not be renewing my subscription.

App always messes up
This app constantly messes up. So aggravating.
Overcomplicated
All I want is a simple application to export photos and videos to my device. This is not that application and it’s full of ads for their premium cloud subscription.
App will not open
After paying for a year subscription the app will not open. I can’t edit or see my videos. That’s crazy that you pay for subscription and it will not work

Stop making your app worse. Why did you remove the uploaded to cloud icon?????
THEY WILL DELETE YOUR PICTURES AND VIDEOS
I bought a subscription for the sake of using their storage for my videos… I went back a few months later and all of my hard word was deleted. I was relying on this so I didn’t save to anything else. What a let down.
Terrible app
Clunky. Not user friendly. If you want to go down the rabbit hole use this app.
13.36.1 Not compatible with M1Pro videos
Sometimes I have to open a video more than once, it goes back to the dashboard on the first "play" button press. After it starts, any use of any controls, such as scrubbing forward or back causes the app to freeze. Force quit and retry. Hero8 videos seem to work fine.

Though connected via bluetooth and wifi, just doesn’t download media from Hero 9 onto iPhone 16. Hero camera screen very unresponsive, and takes several powering on and off to overcome this. Very mediocre overall and tempted to replace by a cheaper camera from Amazon!
Thank you Developer, but in my review said I restarted several times to no avail. Rare to transfer data and meet my expectations of doing it quickly and smoothly.

Used to be great
I have used this for SO many things and absolutely loved how easy it was to use. Last time I went to use it, it repeatedly crashed and I couldn’t even make 1 video. literally doesn’t work at all. It’s unusable now. So sad.
Never connect to first try

Worst onboarding experience ever
Literally nothing worked. Pairing failed. Google account login failed. GoPro is stuck on the QR screen. Terrible
No desktop??
Extremely disappointed to see ending desktop support for this app. Who would prefer to editing on a tiny with fingers vs a large screen and a mouse???

I have a GoPro hero 4k mini that I attach to a wrist strap so I can take it on rollercoasters and film them. Sounds simple and easy, and it is! I love the GoPro and taking it on these rides. But… I think this is the worst app in existence. Everything about the app just sucks. Because EVERY TIME I TRY AND CONNECT THE GOPRO TO THE APP TO GET VIDEOS, I have to (I hope this helps someone) first delete the app and forget the device in both Bluetooth and internet in settings. Then, I go onto the GoPro and reset all connections and then redownload the app on my iPhone, reconnect everything, wait a few minutes, and THEN it FINALLY syncs. The process takes about 25 minutes and I usually have to repeat it SEVERAL TIMES even if it is for ONE video. This is actually the most unusable app in the whole wide universe and I really hope there is some way to fix this, because going through all of this every time on an iPhone is so inconvenient. Please fix this I beg of you!!!!!!
