Terrible app-waste of time
Always have to register my account or re-enter card info despite using app for months then when you arrive people who are ordering when they get there still get food before you.
Start with an order or app doesn’t work!!!
Multiple tries failed until I started an order, then it worked.
Can’t select pickup time
I was ordering at 1:00pm and wanted to schedule pickup for 2:30. I used to be able to do that on your old webpage. Tried this app and webpage but couldn’t choose time. My only options were “asap” or 5:15pm or later. I liked the old option for scheduling a time.

Horrible password reset
I need to punch in 4 set of info perfectly for it to work. You screw up? Retype all 4 fields again! No hint. No password rule mention until you fail one of them.
