The fan won’t even try to connect to another network when you hit finish. Their phone number doesn’t work. They do not reply to emails. Don’t purchase.

Trash freezes all the time.
The company is trash as well. Try to get a hold of people over their schedule appointments. No one ever calls you back all their products are useless. Unless you have Wi-Fi connection and there’s is the worst I’ve ever seen.

This is the worst wast of money ever spent. Nothing but problems with the light, driver, WiFi connection. Lost two grows because of this trash system. Half the time it loses connection to WiFi. It’s not

The app will not allow me to add anything, theres no way to control any of the items without the app and the only way to contact them about it is to send an email.

Solid app
I ended up going with the full gorilla system and honestly it's been amazing so far. The standout piece for me is definitely the xi420 light. My plants have been growing so crazy dense under it, I've gotten some of my best harvests using this setup. When I was first setting everything up I had a small issue getting the light connected through the app, but their support team was awesome and helped me troubleshoot it pretty quickly. Really appreciated that. The app itself works well overall, but I do have a suggestion for the devs: it would be really nice if they added the ability to save multiple custom schedule presets instead of having to rebuild them every time. Other than that though, the system and the light have been incredible and I'm super happy I went with gorilla 👍

I just recently purchased the 5x5 grow tent kit that they offer. It’s amazing! One harvest done and many more to come. It is so very nice to be able to now control my light from my phone. It comes with presets for different stages of growth which as a new grower is very much appreciated. The independent channel control is also a game changer. Love being able to customize/supplement UV / IR %s as needed. My plants are stupid happy.

The Best Harvest I’ve Ever Had!
Really don’t understand the negative reviews. My setup up was quick and easy. The app itself is straight forward. Add the light, fan, and temp sensor into your tent and then set your controls. It’s unbelievable. There are presets for every stage of growth, which is awesome because I wasn’t really sure how to best use the UV and IR in the light. You can also set a target temperature and the inline fan will turn up and turn down to keep you right at it. Works really well. Also love the real time monitoring from my phone and the alerts if something goes out of range. Honestly surprised more people aren’t talking about this system.

Notifications don’t work
This is kind of making no sense isn’t the whole point of this so you can get notifications and control everything from the app? It’s very slow and the light control gets stuck when you try to lower or raise the intensity it takes a full cycle for it to change guys please your tech isn’t cheap today my exhaust fan for some reason went off line and my grown was at 100% humidity for 12 hours I never got a notification on any of my devices the app says notification channel not found this um acceptable for the high price I paid if I can give this app 0 stars I would

Good light bad app
App sucks. Lags. Crashes. Lights got stuck on during time change. The lights are great but I need a better app to control the light. It’s a PlayStation 5 with an Atari controller
Won’t notify
The app is cool but it never notifies you when the temp or humidity drops even if you have the notifications ON and everything it still won’t notify you please fix this
Constant issues
Manual lights were better options as the smart plugs are more reliable than the built in ones. Constant disconnects and issues with logging in and or changing pre existing settings. Would not recommend.
Performance Review
Crud. Whole system has crashed and no update yet. Very disappointing experience.
