there is absolutely no reason i should have bus drivers almost not allowing me on the bus because they need to see a specific screen that doesn’t work well to approve my bus pass…. not sure why the qr codes exist if i can’t even scan them. super frustrating.

WORST APP EVER
This is such a terrible app. I purchased a monthly full fare pass and you can clearly see I did but the ticket it locked so I can’t even use it. Don’t even try calling customer service. They are the rudest people and they will hang up on you.
Can’t See Routes
Can’t see the buses so I can’t tell if they’re running or not.
Worthless
Can’t create an account, can’t purchase fare without account even though it’s an option. Seems RTS hasn’t been able to figure out digital passes after all these years of trying. Incredibly inconvenient.
Bad app
I paid for 10.00 to ride in Rochester NY and after boarding the bus my app said bad ticket
Not a good app
This app is sluggish and slow (Apple). When using it freezes and when trying to purchase shuttle tickets, it just crashes. Each time I tried it just crashes, meaning my entire search engine shuts down and I’m back to my Home Screen. Very frustrating…
