Take the time to shadow
I was skeptical to use this in our office as we assumed we had a great system. The go shadow app made it possible to take in every step of the process and see it objectively represented in front of me. Takes some time and you have to have your staff on board and understand it’s to improve their work day as well as patient’s experience. The results allowed us to save on our routine expenses and give the staff a voice in improving our operations.

The best way to learn about patient experiences
It can be difficult to really uncover what a patient’s care experience is like, but goShadow makes it easy and efficient. It allows you to snap pictures, take and organize notes, share info, and flag opportunities for improvement. If you want to develop a more patient-centered practice, I would highly recommend this app!

Finally! An App That Actually Adds Value
I recently took an operations position at a company with warehouses all over the country. As I quickly came to realize there was no real set way to do things. My initial task was to add some standardization to these fragmented procedures. I learned in graduate school that you need to have a set process flow for every, little task. I plunged into Excel and PowerPoint, yet found this far too time consuming. That’s when I had a fortuitous encounter with goShadow. I was able to do the same amount of mapping in a tenth of the time. The combination of ease of use, time required, friendly/prompt customer service and the subsequent process map created really showed my superior that I was a good hire. Was it me? Maybe a little, but I owe my current standing in the company to goShadow. I highly recommend!
