GoSL HR Hub

GoSL HR Hub puts the public service workday in your pocket. Clock in from your own phone, check your schedule, request leave, approve requests and sign documents, all from one app. Staff with a Workspace seat can also message colleagues, join video meetings and plan their week. GoSL HR Hub is the Government of Sierra Leone's HR app for public and civil servants in participating MDAs. Sign in with the account your MDA set up for you. YOUR WORKDAY AT A GLANCE • See your schedule, announcements, holidays and the week ahead as soon as you open the app • Supervisors see what's waiting for their approval, with a count • Work across more than one MDA? Switch MDA without signing out CLOCK IN FROM YOUR OWN PHONE • Clock in and out in seconds, with a location check that shows how far you are from your workplace • Your phone is registered to you, so nobody can clock in for someone else • On a site visit? Send an out-of-perimeter request for your supervisor to approve • See your attendance records, and fill in shift reports when you clock out LEAVE AND APPROVALS • Check your leave balances and request leave in a few taps • Get a notification when your request is approved or rejected • Supervisors approve leave, overtime and off-site clock-ins from anywhere TALK TO YOUR TEAM • Channels, direct messages and threads with your colleagues • Voice messages: record, pause, listen back and send, and play them at up to 2× speed • Share photos, videos, files, your location or a contact • Ticks show when your message has been delivered and read • Notifications show who is messaging you and open the conversation MEET FACE TO FACE • Start or join a video meeting in one tap, or join straight from a calendar invitation • Quick huddle calls from any conversation, and your phone rings even when the app is closed • Mute, camera, reactions, raised hands and other people's shared screens • Hosts can let people in from the lobby, mute everyone, and turn on captions and recording PLAN YOUR WEEK • Day, 3-day, week, month and agenda views • Invite colleagues and guests, add a video room and find a time that works for everyone • Answer invitations and booking requests on the go SIGN WITH YOUR FACE, NOT A PASSWORD • Approve document signatures with a live face check on your phone • Your face is set up once, with a liveness check, so a photo can't be used in your place BUILT FOR SIERRA LEONE'S NETWORKS • Data Saver keeps messages and calls light on slow or costly mobile data • Calls put your voice first and turn video down by themselves when the signal is weak SECURE AND SIMPLE • Sign in with your work email and password, plus a one-time code on a new device • Unlock quickly with your phone's fingerprint or face unlock • Light and dark mode Some features depend on what your MDA has switched on. Messages, Meet and Calendar are for staff given a Workspace seat.
