Lack of info
I don’t know why, but the app only shows the power usage which runs through the essential backup portion, and not everything that the house is drawing. So if there is sufficient sun, and I’m running the pool and other non essential things, I cannot see what the actual usage is. The inverter app is way more informative.

Nice App but could be better
It’s a nice app, but it could display more information. For example, it’s very good at telling you your battery level and your solar input. But it doesn’t show what you total consumption is.
It does give a percentage, but I would like to see Kw. Just a little more detail would be good.

Constant performance issues
Every 2 weeks the app stops working. You cannot change battery settings, dashboard data doesn’t load.

The GOSOLR app is not working 5 Dec, and again on 13th Dec. seems to be an intermittent issue which isn’t good for the client.
Blank Screen
Just installed this on my iPhone 16 and just after the App starts the screen goes blank and all

Rubbish app
All the writing is on top of each other. Terrible app cannot press on anything. Rubbish. In fact I haven’t saved on cent with this solar or the app.
Always have to log back in
App doesn’t leave you signed in and always have to log back in which is frustrating for a high usage app.
Having an account already seems to be a problem.

Great but
Much more informative than the installer app. The only issue I have is that when you leave the app running in the background and go back in, it automatically closes and you have to log back in again. Once a day makes sense but when you want to quickly check during the course of the day it gets a little frustrating.

Battery setting tab not present
The online app isnt much better, the battery settings tab is not present on my app nor does it respond online

Lots of great functionality
No Solar Device found
When I logon it just shows ‘No Solar Device data found’. I have logged multiple tickets on the app, and it seems like nobody ever mans those tickets! Web and App all the same, useless.
