Really fun, I just have an idea

I love it! I just had an idea for the mazes. You could make so when you are doing the mazes if you haven’t finished it then the words and the picture are hidden and you can’t see them, but when you finish the maze they show.

Much better!

This app is getting better and better! Our children love the interactive activities and the new and updated format and interface. It is refreshing that it starts with a covenant path as the homepage!

2025 Children’s CFM & New Songbook Songs.

I was wondering if the playlist for the 2025 CFM monthly suggested songs will be added as a song list. Also is there a reason that the newly released hymns are not under other hymns as some are for children.

Please stop requiring multiplication

I love the selection, but requiring the parents to solve a multiplication problem every time they select print gets old really fast, especially when printing many different pages at a time or working with a buggy printer. As a parent of young children, I find this barrier-to-entry quite annoying as at times I have to solve 10+ math problems while holding crying kids and working with a frustrating printer. I feel it is a disservice to parents to not allow this feature to be disabled.

It’s great except…

There needs to be more coloring books. They can only color the same thing so many times before it gets old. Maybe you could add some other simple quiet games like tic-tac-toe?

A wonderful app

An amazing way to help younger children focus on and learn about Jesus. Beautiful art and storytelling. My kids love this app. The coloring pages and sing alongs are a also a big plus.

Great resource!

This app is fantastic for families and Primary leaders! I am the Primary music leader in a small branch and I use the music section as my accompaniment.

I deducted a star from my rating because the function of easily toggling between Music / Voices has been inexplicably removed when playing the music recordings. This makes my job so much harder! I need to have the voices on the recording for teaching the song, then I need to be able to turn that off easily as the kids learn the song better so they can sing on their own (and during the Primary Program). PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!!! Why was it removed?

The rest of the app is great.

We are so glad you enjoy the app! As we are updating the images in the videos to better illustrate the concept of each song, we have to switch to a format that does not support toggling between music and voices, so we will not be able to include this feature in the Gospel for Kids app. However, you can find this feature in the Sacred Music app that works the same way. Thank you for your review and we hope you will find enjoyment in the other interactive features of this app.

We liked the old version better

We’ve been using this app every night for a long time. We loved it but now since the update, the pictures move across the screen and it is distracting. They pictures move too fast where my son can’t see the picture before the next one. I don’t know if it’s a setting on my end butI can’t figure out how to fix it nor do I know how to get ahold of anyone to ask or get a response to emails. I normally don’t write reviews but in hopes that someone can assist me, I will write this one. It really is a wonderful app of I could just figure out how to get it back to used to be!

Gospel for Kids

I just downloaded this app and I love it because it’s not only perfect for kids but it’s also a great resource for primary teachers .

I was having a hard time finding what I needed for my lesson and I downloaded this app and it just made my lesson a little easier to teach .

I love watching the videos and the music myself and the coloring is a plus what a great app for anyone ! 😊

It used to be so good

I used to use this app daily. Then about a year ago the songs would glitch and I couldn’t access them without the app crashing. The songs then started working again, but the hymns were gone and there was only the Children’s Songbook and some extras/newer, trendy songs. I opened it this morning there is literally nothing in the music portion. Even the playlist I made to practice for our Primary Program was empty. I’m devastated! I’m at capacity for storage space, so I guess I’ll just have to delete the app since it’s no longer useful for singing or learning church music. I really want to love this app, but unfortunately I just don’t.

EDITED: I gave it time and found this morning that it’s working again. Whew! I still wish there were hymns, but I’m glad it’s just working again.

Where did the hymns go??

I love this app! We use it every day in seminary. But suddenly the hymns have disappeared. Please tell me they are coming back?!

No more hymns!

I have loved this app for years and recommended it to countless families. I was SO sad when I opened it after the Aug 2023 update where they removed the hymns 😭 We often have the hymns playing as background (cast to the TV) because we loved the beautiful slideshows and the bouncing sing along ball helps my children learn to read and understand the hymns. I know we could just listen to the hymns some other way, but this was my favorite way and now it’s gone. Please bring it back and I’ll update my rating to 5 stars 🌟
