Very bad customer service
We were supposed to dine in with my family. A group of 6. As we entered the restaurant we offered water which was good. However, the waitress took orders from the ones who came in after us. We were waiting to be asked of our order as we are excited to taste your specials. The lady approached us and asked if we are cooking our meal. We said yes, then She turned on the stove and left without asking us what we wanted. We tried to get her attention but she just looked at us in a very rude manner. She continued to get orders from the last person that came in after us. Your staff needs to be retrained of proper customer service. We left and dine in a different Korean restaurant. We might not come into your restaurant ever again.
