Receipt scanning doesn’t work - crashes the app
I’d love to write a review for this app since it seems like it has potential, but unfortunately it is non-functional at the moment.
Uploading receipts leads to a black screen and eventually crashes the app.

I am in the DFW area visiting family. I stopped in store 346585 @ 2875 Main Street in Frisco, TX.
The member who served us was DIAMOND. From the very beginning, she met us with a BIG ‘KILLER’ SMILE. She was engaging, charming, polite and extremely helpful. She took our order with no problems, which was wonderful because my wife is Filipina and speaks English as a foreign language. DIAMOND was quite patient and insured that my wife got EVERYTHING SHE ASKED TO GET.
Diamond deserves a big raise as employees like her are rare and should be thanked for their services.

Very poor.. I can accept the mistake of not including all donuts paid for (3) .. but leaving the phone off the hook is totally unacceptable… I will not accept this !! Also The cashier never gives the receipt you have to always ask for it…the communication system is very poor, customers have difficulty in hearing the order taker and vice versa..Much attention is needed at this location 😞Chk 1056; 2/25/2023; 9:46 AM; 185662 Shaquina; check closed 9:54AM; you owe me for 3 glazed plus tax🤨

No avocado toast available
I planned on making a purchase so that I could get a free avocado toast at Dunkin today and you guys were out of the product. So I then asked if I could get a free substitute like the mini bagels and she said “no”. This was very frustrating. If you don’t have what I came for, there should be an alternative offer.
I really do like this particular Dunkin and I know they were following the rules but wondering if there is a way of offering an alternative free substitute?

Customer service Tyler @ encino Dunkin’ Donuts
I had an unpleasant customer service @ your location in encino. The staff in question name is Tyler. She is rude and unfriendly. I came in today @ around 0950 and got a cup of coffee and then I asked the cashier male if I can get 3’pcsnof blueberry munchkins. And Tyler heard it and butted in rudely and said I can’t get 3 pcs coz the the minimum I can get is 5 pcs. She said this in a manner with hostility. I told her that when I was in Glendale galleria Dunkin’s, I was allowed to have 3 pcs. But instead she firmly said no!!! This kind of behavior is unacceptable and this is not the first time she treated me in the past and I think she remembered me and did this to retaliate to give me hard time. That’s why I told her I will report her to corporate.

It’s terrible sitting at the table ready to enjoy your breakfast and realizing an item is missing.
The Dunkin Donuts at 387 Jay Street Brooklyn NY has terrible service. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I gave them another try after several months, and evidently nothing has changed.
I’m at my office now, I’m not able to return to the Dunkin’ Donuts.

What a load of crap
So these restaurants want us to pay them for a meal to get a receipt. Then they want us to pay them AGAIN to tell them what we think? And then they’ll give us the same crap we were already able to get via their apps or coupons in the first place? What kind of crappy nonsense is that? I can take the survey on the receipt on my own without subscribing to THIS APP and it costs NOTHING. Why would I PAY $1.99 PER WEEK, mind you, to take a survey? Why would anyone use this? What am I missing? Seriously. What idiot came up with this bright idea?

Useless unless you sign up for monthly.
Glad I wasted my time downloading it, only to find out even to get a three day trial you must agree to monthly set up. Tried to scan just one receipt and immediately prompts you to sign up before going any further. Now I get the pleasure to remove the app from phone.
Free donut gone?
It used to be that I could get a free donut with my large coffee. Now it is offering a chicken sandwich even though the receipt says donut and you want to charge me a $1.99 a week for a subscription. I don’t think so!
3-Day trial and then $1.99?!
I am not tech savvy, but I know enough to know when to say no more weekly or monthly fees for apps!! I am a senior citizen leaving on limited income. I cannot justify paying an app out of my grocery money when I only go out once or twice a month! I will submit survey the old-fashioned way, just enter a code!

Good was ok
I had a jalapeño burger without the sauce. Nobody told me the sauce was the only thing with jalapeño in it. But it was ok for a 31/2 dollar burger.
Today’s visit comments:
There’s not much of us senior who are DD patrons so here’s hoping that we get a little bit more attention. This will perhaps avoid comments such as “They think I’m old that I won’t notice those charges I did not order”
Bad Experience
I had a bad experience at the DD in Fairfield NJ. I went through the drive through and I specifically ordered a medium size French Vanilla hot coffee, well the guy at the window proceeded to ask for my payment, I paid with my credit card. He handed me an x-large plain coffee and when I told him that I didn’t order that, he changes my order but did not refund my money even though I asked for my money back. He told me he couldn’t do that, that it was too late, cars were waiting behind me and to return tomorrow for free cup of coffee. The next day I went for the cup of coffee and the lady at the window seemed confused then went to ask someone else what to do. She then comes back with a medium size coffee but when I was driving and attempted to drink my coffee I noticed that the cup was defective. The optima thermaguard lid did not close tightly enough and my work clothes got dirty. I will not return here. Thanks

Love love love going to this location!
With all that is going on in this crazy world today I feel compelled to write this review. I go to the Stuart location everyday to buy my frozen coffee with whipped cream. I have NOT had bad service yet!! As a matter of fact I switched from Starbucks to Dunkin’ because of it. The staff is friendly, gracious, and kind every visit. I can’t think of anything that can improve to make it better. Thank you for having a great operation at my Stuart Dunkin’.
