Very problematic. Stops working more than working

Upon initial setup it works great.

Then when I go back into the application from then on; it just circles trying to connect?

The only resolution I have found is to delete the entire setup, delete the application from my iPhone itself, reboot my phone, then reinstall everything all over again.

I am now on my 5th re-installation.

Really unacceptable when this involves “security”!
