I always have to redownload it when rewatching the series. I like it a lot.
Thorough and accurate
Great app even years after the show is over. I’m reading through the books right now and the character and location histories are invaluable and just heighten the books.

Really helpful but a couple issues
In dark mode, some of the names are not legible because of the color used when your screen’s brightness is turned down. Like, blue on black is hard to read. I sometimes use light mode and just use Smart Invert so that I can read the names in the transcripts. Please use light colors like light blue in dark mode. Also, in Settings, when dark mode is enabled, the setting “Snow/Dust/Clouds” becomes black text on a black background and thus you can’t see it.
Lastly, the transition animations on the map are too fast and zoom in too far. I can’t tell what’s happening when it moves from area to area.
Ok one more thing. Some of the icons spoil the future appearance of the characters. Like in the recaps of Season 1, the icons of Bran show him as a much older guy. This should be fixed.
Update: please add name pronunciation audio or text (Catelyn = CAT-lynn) to the Biography pages!

Fantastic map for GoT fans
I’ve never written a review before and most likely never will again. However this app is so wonderfully done with such great care - that it demands to have its praises sung. I’d pay a monthly subscription fee to have access to it if need be. It’s an inspired piece of work and the ideal tribute/companion to the original drawn maps themselves.

Menus are broken
Can't navigate back after tapping anything because buttons are covered by notch area on iPhone X. UI needs to be fixed
Missing season 8...please update sooner!!!
There is a new tab for season 8 but a pop up comes up that is cut off basically saying “come back 1-2 days after the episode airs to see timeline”

Sorry about this but it's out of our hands :( I submitted the build on Monday, it stayed in Waiting for Review for 2 days and we got rejected for "misleading people about the app" - meaning they didn't like that it has "Game of Thrones" in the name (copyright stuff I think). This is really weird, because we did get approved with this title for the previous version. I corrected the name and resubmitted and it's been in Waiting for Review ever since. Apple review process is the worst.
Ah yes I well done.
The only thing missing is under the soldier at Braavos. Few will get this but I hung out down there and studied them. 😉
Great app
I had this or a similar one when it first came out. It warned you of spoilers and you couldn’t see anything until you clicked on a new chapter. LOVE the character list, but a description of a character I haven’t seen yet can be a spoiler itself. Am I missing this or is it not available? Otherwise, thank you for this awesome guide!

Honestly I’m really impressed that this is even an app haha but I’m such a fan of the show, and even after watching it a few times through, there’s still plenty I haven’t picked up on. This app is thorough and really fills you in on some key details of the show!

app is incredibly packed with everything you need (but not so many features it’s just annoying) and much much more than just a map... it is interactive and provides so much information on the show and books, characters, places, etc.
THE BEST PART, however, is the “walkthrough style” in which you can view a summary of the plot of not only literally EVERY EPISODE, but two of the books!! instead of reading a long summary though, the app takes you on a journey with the map, highlighting each location along with a description of whatever plot events occur there.
I didn’t explain this summary feature very well but Idk I just think think it’s the coolest thing!! big thanks to the developers ☺️
