Terrible customer service. They’ll take your money instantly when you order and then have you waiting for weeks with no responses and saying they don’t have your item available. And when you try to cancel they won’t. I had to get my bank involved. Terrible business

They advertised on Instagram, I ordered thru their app and paid with a credit card (thankfully). It was a bday present for my wife which was a week away and they advertised 3-5 business day delivery. My wife’s birthday came and went and nothing arrived, I called and they said they were shipping right away but 11 business days had gone by and I still hadn’t received anything. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and thankfully my money is back in my account. If you do business with these people, then buy from their store directly. Don’t order anything online.

No pidan en línea porque si su prenda llega defectuosa ellos no se hacen responsables. A mi me pasó una me la mandaron con 2 pulgadas menos y fui a la tienda presencial y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

I got the app through instagram and downloaded because they were raffling a car with a purchase at the jewelry when i made the purchase they never sent me my product i spoke to a guy name Dulari and he said that my product had arrived but never wanted to provide me with a tracking number i went to one of his locations and a girl took care of me and told me he was away to come back by next week and when i went the store was closed no longer exists on 47 st ny . Also don’t pay attention to the comments made in spanish those are his employees none of them speak English but him.

Horrible customer service I made an order and accidentally put pick up instead of deliver and spoke to the guy and said he would send it and it’s been months and I have not received anything. Took my money and doesn’t want to refund. I stayed with no product and no money.
