You cant even connect bluetooth to escooter Gmax Ultra, their support is also hot trash, this one ghetto lady had an attitude and didnt want me to get assistance, seems like shes getting paid below minimum wage, email support also is terrible JUST DONT BUY!

I got a g4 and it is really good except the speed very slow and I wanted the app so I could lift the speed limiter but it’s impossible to hook up the app dos not help you at all and last just when you thought it could not get worse I spent 2 hours trying to hook it up with no help just for it to say my scooter model can’t hook up to the app. Worst app I have ever experienced. Absolutely terrible app
This app is full of lies and misinformation it doesn’t help you connect your phone or anything like that. I tried scanning the QR code on the tire and it didn’t work. When I scanned it the app told me to quote on quote “scan the device’s QR code”, like what do you think I’m doing. Don’t download load this app it’s a waste of time and storage
