La aplicación no sirve, no me deja hacer nada se traba y me saca de la aplicación. Muy mala en verdad !!!
Worst service EVER!
These people are incredible. I tried so many times to place an order with them, doing my best on my end to place an order with my card which is from North America. I knew some problems might come out because the company “Gourmet Express” is in El Salvador and I’m not in the country, BUT I took the time to call my bank, even the fraud area to let them know I would be the one placing the order outside the country. They were kind and helpful and fixed any inconvenience with the card. Guys, I won’t lie by this: I tried 9 times! NINE times to place the order and they ignored my order and declined without even trying the card! They tried two times before I contacted my bank and there was a payment error, after that I tried to chat with them, they IGNORED ME LITERALLY!! They left me there, hanging for over 8 minutes and then deleted and reset my messages, HOW RUDE CAN BE THAT?! They didn’t even try to contact me, SEND ME AN EMAIL! They have my email on file, they knew I was trying. Terrible! Folks. Don’t even try. If you’re in the USA, and you’re trying to send something to El Salvador, I know sending things is cute but sending a cake for Mother’s Day is even better, don’t do Gourmet Express.

I love this service! I was sick and not able to leave the house and get to my favorite gourmet juice restaurant, Green Fork. Gourmet Express was able to bring me my juice and it was fast, affordable and friendly! It's such a relief to not be confined to subpar pizza and Chinese food for delivery! Looking forward to Gourmet Express expanding and delivering more gems of New Orleans!
