GOUTTE - Your Coffee Journal

Every perfectly brewed drop of coffee is too precious to just let slip away. That's why I built this. Yesterday's cup was perfect, but why can't I recreate that taste today? The notes I scribbled on the back of the bean bag are nowhere to be found, and I can't remember how many clicks I set on my Comandante... I know that frustration all too well. So I built this. It's less of a grand service and more of the "most refined coffee journal" for coffee nerds like us. The name is goutte. It means "drop" in French. I wanted to capture every precious moment from the first drop falling from an espresso machine to the last drop through a Hario Switch. 1. If any of this sounds familiar, we'll get along just fine. "This bean was incredible when I brewed it with my Hario Switch lasttime... what was the recipe again?" "Is there somewhere I can organize my grind settings for my Mahlkönig and Comandante?" "I wonder which beans I've been drinking the most lately." 2. Just what you need. Nothing more. This app isn't complicated. Snap a photo of your bean label, and it'll get you straight to brewing with a recipe. I built this app for myself, with care. I hope goutte makes your coffee life just a little more vivid too.
