Needs major improvements
The system needs to keep users logged in because of course it always chooses to not work in the most inconvenient times. It also needs to allow for saving payment info because if ever I’m already running late and need to buy a pass being able to purchase without having to pull out my card and fill it all out would be useful.

Tap feature needed
Tap to pay feature is most needed in addition to scan QR code. Also the live view of buses and routes information should be within the app instead of redirecting to external browser.

Logs you out randomly and doesn’t let you log in after even after so many attempts
My Trip
Good idea but implementation is horrible. First it takes you out of the app to a website and then from the website to Google Maps app. This is some of the worst UX I’ve seen in a while.
Not great
It’s pretty frustrating being logged out of the app constantly. It randomly just logs you out and you don’t notice until you’re about to board. Also I wish the app worked like the MyBus site, so you can look and see the tracker and exactly where the bus is. Currently I use this app for my pass and the mybus site to see when the bus is coming as it’s the most accurate
