What is going on with this app?
Based on all these recent complaints, I have to assume this app is no longer supported. Maybe some bigger news whale gobbled them up for a significant price? This is unfortunate since it used to be great, I’ve used it for years. However, the app is no longer working. The web links to articles error out and the TSP section crashes the app. I have removed and uninstalled several times. I have submitted support requests with no response. Very disappointed. - Joe

Crashes
Usually like to see news but latest update keeps crashing the app and there’s. Or an easy way to comment on articles.
App needs work
What a crapshoot app. The share article function hasn’t worked consistently for over a year, and now, you can’t even open articles in the app at all. It’s bad enough that the reporting leans more and more left. (Just do neutral news coverage!) At least fix the app so it functions at a basic level.
App was 5* then it broke
I’ve used this app for many years and continue to do so in retirement because I have valued the information and curation provided by the GovExec team.
Recently, the app no longer works on my iOS devices, articles will no longer open.
I’ll be going back to using the “desktop” version and delete the app.

Used to be good…not anymore
This used to be a great app for getting government news, especially when it comes to pay news for government employees, but recently it stopped working. Every article you click on says “try again” and never opens. I’ve reached out to support twice and no response or fixes. Now it’s even got to the point that as soon as the app opens it just tells me to try again lol. Deleted until they can get it fixed and at this rate that will be never.

Can’t Read Your Articles.
I am Federal Government Retiree and I have read your stories and found this an excellent source for discovering what is happening within multiple Federal Government agencies. However for the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to read the articles because I keep getting an error message to “retry again” and nothing happens after multiple “retry again” failures. Do you have an answer?

Close date wrong
It seems the “close date” at the bottom of the TSP daily returns is off by a day. I realize it lags by a day, but today is Mon 10/26 and the close date for the displayed returns says 10/22 which was last a Thursday. The market was open Friday 10/23 so why is that not the date and data provided?
Errors when opening articles
Can’t read articles. Owners should delete the app if they are not going to update it. Terrible mess. What type of person allows an app to sit like this?

Bulk Media Regurgitator
I would expect nothing less than this driveling nonsense from a quasi governmental organization. The only thing missing is outright calls for the dismemberment and tortured death of anything resembling an alternate opinion or view. What a vial group of editors.
Great app for TSP ticker & most recent Fed Employee News
Recent update changes the font of the TSP ticker making the numbers much more easy to read on iPhone 12 - thanks for listening to previous feedback 😁. Love the easy to browse features and TSP ticker. Reliable and simple to use. 5/5
Government Executive Problem
I am unable to open the main news page & repeatedly get “Request Error”. I enjoy reading the articles, but cannot due so anymore. Is there anything that can be done to solve this problem?
Decent TSP tracker
never provides information for military only civilians. Very left wing biased stories and the same losers leave the same cry baby comments from their moms basement after every story. I only use this to track tsp updates. “News” is worthless
Federal news
If you are a federal employee you need this app! It filters out the noise that the media puts out each day, and presents information that is relevant and important to Feds. Two words... Get it.
Cannot read articles
Once you click on news link/photo, I receive error message no internet connection. Don’t have any issues with other news apps.

There are people who think this publication is left-leaning? Seriously? Ah, no. It’s just plain factual, and a decent place to read what is going on in DC. I’m a GS-13, with 30 years, and I wouldn’t begin to say GovExec learned the tinniest bit towards the left. Apparently facts are left leaning then.

Gov't News Good Stuff
Read the GovExec all the time. It is always very relevant and this app makes it easy to stay tune in. Good app I’ll encourage others to download to stay up on Govt news.

Love this app; since I’m Fed. Gov employee I’m able to read about Fed news, pay raises etc…. Also, able to see how TSP is doing & make changes on my portfolio accordingly.

Featured Articles feature broken
The Featured Articles section does not display the title of the article, only the picture, it’s been that way for months without a fix.
Logon and more
I was able to log in and make comments but now I’m not able to. The login button (upper right corner and it’s drop-downs do not work. The other icons (disqus, FB, google, etc) do not respond either. Previously, I have an acct via disqus but nothing works.
