Tidak Fleksibel, mending on the spot
Saya pengguna setia daily coworking GoWork, biasa selalu pesan on the spot.
Suatu hari saya disarankan untuk book via app untuk mempermudah pemesanan, tapi suatu ketika sy berhalangan sehingga sy tidak jadi melakukan coworking, bookingan saya hangus, tidak bisa direschedule sama sekali.
Ternyata jika sudah dipesan via app, malah tidak fleksibel sama sekali. Lebih baik book on the spot aja jangan pake app ini. Kalau ada apa2 hangus uang kalian krn Gowork gak fleksibel.

Always Stuck on My Account Page
Untuk update terbaru, ketika buka “My Account” selalu muncul pop up help carousel. Bisa skip, tapi selalu stuck gabisa klik apapun dan harus buka ulang. Jadi broken flow gabisa buka My Transaction, View Profile, atau apapun yg ada di page tersebut.
Good place, bad internet connection
Been to one go work place. Actually i’m amazed with the coziness and facility. But one thing that i think really a shame for me. It is bad internet connection. I know there a lot of customers at that time. But come on, you pay for it with that price, you expect that you can work with ease, right? Sorry, bad rating from me
