Credit Union is excellent the app not so much
I have to say the staff at GP Federal are great and are very helpful and I’m looking forward to building my banking relationship with them.
The issues are related solely to Mobicint software
1. Most Basic Card Controls (Wish it had option to limit how card is used. - Example toggle to turn off debit card for online purchases and ATMs adds extra layer of security.
2. Really Basic Member to Member transfers. Example why do I have to type the information of the member at GP FCU every single time.
Why can you have it so I can save a member so I can easily click transfer to that person.
3. No Zelle or pay a person.
Other than that excellent just wish the app would see an update.

What happened?!?!
I use to could log in just fine, but now it’s denying me saying that I typed something in wrong. I’ve even had my password reset and it still won’t work.
