GROOVE is an application that centralizes all employees’ administrative processes in a single place. It allows users to easily access their documents (payslips, contracts, expense reports, etc.), submit and send their activity reports (timesheets) at the end of a mission along with supporting documents, and receive reminder notifications to avoid missing deadlines. In case of difficulties during a mission, especially abroad, users have quick access to dedicated support.
