Bank Transfer Issues

I’ve tried on several occasions to transfer my money from GPoint to my bank. I am not initiating a wire transfer, yet the system keeps reversing my transfer stating that they are not currently doing US wire transfers. Getting adequate customer service assistance is impossible.
