The app works very well. I haven’t had any technical issues. It does take some getting used to as far as using the app. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They communicate through email every step of the way during the set up and even gave me a call when I hadn’t completed set up to make sure everything was OK.

I gave it four stars earlier before I realized the fifth star was taken away because I was making too many mistakes. How could I possibly punish these guys for that? They were great they got gps going and it seems to be working pretty well. I like it. I’m just learning all the functions straight. Very quick to respond every time so you need a problem you’re gonna be handled very quickly.

They were so quick to help me figure out my SIM card and GPS tracking device. Their service is actually very cheap compared to a lot of other ones and they have 10 days free trial with purchase of SIM card. But communication and customer service is the best I’ve got from ANYWHERE in a long time. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a GPS SIM card provide.

I bought a gps tracker and unfortunately it was defective. I contacted the company and they’re sending me a replacement free of charge. I am happy they followed up with me after i missed the first email. I’m satisfied with the service and looking forward to the replacement.
First Class Operation
Bought two cards and trackers. Price was fair and setup was easy. The tracker shows the detail I need to feel comfortable about the safety of whoever is driving. I’ll probably get a few more for my farm equipment.

Great GPS and features! I bought the “Only the basics” plan (middle tier) it works as described. Would recommend this product to anyone in the market looking to keep up with their fleet or just your personal vehicle.
