Follow the instructions
I gave it four stars earlier before I realized the fifth star was taken away because I was making too many mistakes. How could I possibly punish these guys for that? They were great they got gps going and it seems to be working pretty well. I like it. I’m just learning all the functions straight.

Great GPS and features! I bought the “Only the basics” plan (middle tier) it works as described. Would recommend this product to anyone in the market looking to keep up with their fleet or just your personal vehicle.

Works better than expected with all the features and options available at your fingertip and the monthly subscription is a great price point 5 star all day and installation was simple.

I thank this company they helped me find that the device i had bought wasn’t really a gps device and they were so parient and helpful when getting set up and running and misguided by overseas cons and scammers trying to get a working and legit gps device.
Tracker Puck
Confusing slow setup and activation process but works well. Need work with Instructions and setup. Once going it works very good and is precise location. Have to eventually talk to a person to get it going plus watch lots of long drawn out YouTube videos that are mostly useless and very time consuming. Need a more all in one instruction set up and not all the various QR codes for all sorts of things. Should tell you on front page at top in bold letters you can’t get a password until after setup so you aren’t thinking and wasting time trying to find it.

Really a good product that surpasses the competition. I have nothing to complain about, exception that I had a great service with a team. very nice. Very satisfied with the results that I can see on my cell phone we can check every time we are made even live with Street View really the programming is very good. Thank you 1000 times.

So the app is decent not too bad but kinda hard to understand at first but little by little once I started getting the hang of it it got a lot easier but there is still so much I don’t know but that’s for the web version the app simplifies everything that u can do with the options one thing I would like is to be able to send command even when the gps is in parked mode or sleep that way u input the command and whenever it turns on again the command will already be there since I only had it for a couple days I will update later
