So disappointing

Cancelled subscription. It is already June 6 and there’s still no Spring/Summer issue. This app cannot cope up with today’s fast fashion.

Release timings

Downloaded app today expecting to get dig version 3 weeks after AW16 mag launched. Now where to be seen. Seems others agree and they expect the same price to be paid?!

Why is it always released months after the print edition?

Bizarre that the latest print version of this magazine has been in stores for over a month now yet the digital version still isn't available - surely if most other magazines can release digital versions before or at the same time as print versions GQ can. What's the point of getting a digital subscription when I read the latest issue a month ago in store rather than wait months for the digital edition - by the time it hits the digital platform it's a couple of months old?!!

Good mag RUBISH RELEASE TIMES

Firstly a great magazine however it is NEVER released on the digital format when it say it will, case in example online say the digital release will be the 22nd of September and hear I am on the the 1st October STILL not had the new version updated on my iPad

Disappointing

I bought the most recent style issue to help bring some inspiration to my current work an personal wardrobe. I am surprised how not in the pulse of modern day men's fashion the episode was. Little good fashion advise, for men who are not looking for strange looking couture and way too many adds for the price of the issue.

Humilation of GQ

Seriously??? This app has great content but the design and functionality are totally not on be same level. Just check some other e magazine and they are so much better. The economist, New Yorker... Gosh.

GQ Style and Apple Rip-off

I purchased several back issues of this magazine on my iPad. Since this version of the software, I no longer have access to two of the issues. The publisher replied 'Unfortunately, as part of the app upgrade, issues that are more that 12 months old are no longer available’. They referred me to Apple who eventually offered a refund. The in-app purchases through this app are provided in bad faith and caution should be used in purchasing them

Useless & Takes your money

This app is terrible! First off it charged me THREE TIMES for a subscription totalling £17.97 (Instead of the £5.99 they show in the app).

Secondly it doesn't let you download any magazines! Even after charging you for them!

I've complained to the developers who have admitted that the app has a bug which means you can't download magazines on it. They released an update today to fix it, and it still doesn't work!

Stay clear!!

Failure

Can't access my previous issues, keeps crashing. Since update to iOS 7 it's disappeared. When I "restore purchase" nothing happens. Can't login either to fetch history. Needs fixing ASAP. Will have to cancel if not fixed soon.

Flaky

Since iOS7 I can't access one of my two editions and there's no obvious way to fix - "restore subscription" hasn't worked. Also can't sign up for the pixel mags account, as recommended by their customer services, as it keeps crashing after asking my name. Can't give it higher than two stars and, unless problem fixed, I won't feel I can continue the subscription.

Problems downloading new magazines and poor support!!!

Got the 6 month subscription and only could download 2 magazines, asked support to help many times and they all answered the same thing (close the app and reopen it again) even after reviewing my email history, asked for an other way to fix the problem and haven't gotten an answer yet!!!
Now trying to cancel my subscription and again no answer from their part!
So I would recommend not downloading this app!!! Don't waste your money, I really don't wright reviews but I don't want anybody to have the same problem as I do!
