Corrupted system
This game has a serious abuse of power problem. The admins are corrupt and don’t enforce the rules fairly. Instead of treating everyone equally, they’re taking payments to give certain players items and limiteds, which completely ruins the game’s economy and makes it unfair for everyone else.
On top of that, the admins don’t even follow their own rules. Regular players get punished for things that admins or their friends get away with. It’s disappointing to see favoritism, corruption, and double standards instead of proper moderation.
I wouldn’t recommend playing here unless the staff starts holding themselves accountable.

This Game Took My Money, Then Banned Me Without Reason
The in-app purchase system in this game is ridiculous. They get you to spend your money to purchase items, and once they’ve taken enough, they ban your account for ‘Gralat Purchase Fraud’, with no support or justification why.

This game has become so dumb and stupid I’m getting jailed for no reason and this game has gone down hill I’m sorry but honestly this game is awful
Verschwendetes potential..
Habe dieses spiel damals 2013 angefangen zu spielen, zwischen durch auch neue accounts und lange pausen gehabt, das spiel an sich hat soch kaum verändert. allerdings ist seitdem das spiel voll von over powered items und waffen die ds spiel unfair machen für die die sie nocht haben. Dazu kommt noch das die Ästhetik von dem game sich stark verändert hat allerdings nur teilweise, das heißt das die new gen texturen sich mit den klassischen texturen komplett beißen und es so aussieht als wenn das game eine persönlichkeits kriese hätte.
Das alle spieler auf einem server sind ist sehr cool allerdings wird damit kaum etwas gemacht.. die kill zonen sind verstreut und sehr schwer zu erkennen wann sie anfangen und wann sie aufhören. Das sorgt auch für exploits.

Dead support and Random bans
Don’t spend money on this game if something happens and you can’t get your item support is no help, faulty anti-cheat system gives random bans. DEVS should do better
Bad quality, poor moderation
ngl i liked it at first, then that 2-3 day abrupt server crash happened. there was little to no communication with era's community, which i think was a little like, taking players for granted lol maybe i'm overthinking. though, even a little sentence would've been nice to update us in the duration of that crash.
the first time it was brought back, my account was normal, then i lost legitimately all of my things. these kinds of things shouldn't even happen anymore as these games have been around for more than a decade? well my problem isn't much to blink at since i've only started playing until recently but i imagine the disappointment with people who've been playing for longer

Since 2013 to 2026 13 good years, I was 10 years old on my dads pc desktop I found you when I first created a Facebook on December Christmas Eve I saw graal and started playing I got addicted and ever since I been playing but I think it’s time to say farewell my good friend the memories you brought to my life I wish I can re live them all over again this 2015-2018 was peak and I will never forget you graal ❤️

The game is ruined
Bro idk what you developers have done but the game is nearly unplayable for mobile. The lag is consistently 2-3 times and worse than usual. A friend said it all started around November 2025. It’s delay ALL of the time now. My ping was consistently 30-50’s now it’s 200-2000 ping. Now the latest problem is, now I can’t even enter the game! It just shows the logo and stays like that. It’s getting worse and worse and not being addressed. It isn’t a good sign when the staff leave a message basically saying they don’t even know why or what the cause of all of this lag is. The player count dropped a lot because of it too went from 1k players to consistently around 700 now. And because of the latest issue it’s been down to 300’s(only cause many players just can’t get into the game. Stuck at the logo screen)

Ich wollte das Spiel echt nochmal ne Chance geben wegen der alten Zeiten, aber Graal Era ist heute einfach nur noch Schmutz. Der nostalgische Vibe ist zwar noch irgendwo da, aber sobald man versucht, wirklich aktiv zu grinden, wird einem schlecht.
Das Schlimmste: Man kann es nicht mal Pay2Win nennen. Selbst wenn du Geld reinsteckst, kommst du null voran. Die stärksten Items im Spiel sind alle "Limiteds", die es gar nicht mehr normal zu kaufen gibt. Die werden nur noch von Spielern gehandelt, die völlig kranke Preise verlangen für die du ingame 1000+ Stunden arbeiten müsstest (nicht übertrieben). Wenn du nicht schon vor Jahren angefangen hast oder Millionen "Tro" (Die Handelswährung) hast, hast du absolut keine Chance, jemals mit 70% der Spieler mitzuhalten.
Das ganze Spiel ist nur noch ein kaputter Marktplatz für überteuerte Pixel-Items. Spart euch den Download, es lohnt sich absolut nicht mehr. R.I.P. </3

Very laggy
Servers to the game are not good, very hard to play enjoyably on mobile devices. In need of an update.
There’s no effort to fixing the severs
The servers on iOS and android are at an all time worst, and the game owners/developers are making no real effort into fixing it. You will not enjoy this game I can promise you that.
The server is super bad rn
Whatever you did since last year around November, the server hasn’t been the same. It’s so bad now for mobile players, this needs to be fixed or else the game will die very fast. It was down to 500’s bc this lag, while the pc players play just fine. Fix this! The game is unplayable in mobile, there’s not a single moment where your not having a long spike of lag that lasts about 12-15 secs long. Sometimes longer. I was unable to even open the game some of the days. All the new valentines items is great an all but can’t enjoy it with all this lag.

Fun to talk buttt
I enjoy having conversations, making friends and all but the lag is awful, I’m currently stuck on the main screen because it won’t allow me to get in… I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone but it isn’t working. I’m so sad this game has gotten worse.
Bugs and terrible servers
Who ever is managing the game is doing a poor job fixing the bugs/servers. The server lag has not been fixed since November and seems like no one is doing their job fixing it. Always to be having some type of excuse of not getting it fixed on time and no accountability
