This game took my money then banned me for no reason
The in-app purchase system in this game is ridiculous. They get you to spend your money to purchase in-game items, and once they’ve taken enough, they ban your account for ‘Gralat Purchase Fraud’, with no support or justification why. I have been trying to follow up on this for almost a year and there is no follow-up.

Game is ruined
Bro idk what you developers have done but the game is nearly unplayable for mobile. The lag is consistently 2-3 times worse than usual. A friend said it all started around November 2025. It’s delay ALL of the time now. My ping was consistently 30-50’s now it’s 200-2000 ping. Now the latest problem is, now I can’t even enter the game! It just shows the logo and stays like that. It’s getting worse and worse and not being addressed. It isn’t a good sign when the staff leave a message basically saying they don’t even know why or what the cause of all of this lag is. The player count dropped a lot because of it too went from 1k players to consistently around 700 now. And because of the latest issue it’s been down to 300’s(only cause many players just can’t get into the game. Stuck at the logo screen)

the current staff on graal gaslight the community to spend money for random gift events, and now 3 years in a row only the staff members irl friends and players they trade items for usd with get rare loot drops, the current staff do not get paid so they use the game mechanics to scam the player base, corrupt game.

This takes up the majority of my day
Its honestly the best game its just hard to get into at the beginning, when you really push through and start to be able to buy guns and get into the rythem of grinding it gets fun, the trade tables makes it very authentic and gives the game more experiences and the holiday events that have items that only appear during those events makes it for a fun exclusive collectible game
