This app is so funny… not like haha funny, but like “sad excuse of an app” funny… like how am I supposed to verify my email? I literally click the link and it says “you’re not authorized” or some bs… 🖐🏽😂

I am really excited about this app. I love being able to send my folks food on special occasions (I’m currently living off-island). The old version kept using my mainland location and wouldn’t allow me to select my own address so I wasn’t able to use it at one point, however, they’ve updated it and its much more user-friendly. So happy that it’s accessible to me now. Thank you.

There’s always an error when I try to order, if it’s not me being able to access the wallet, it’s that I don’t have the option to pay with cash, help/support is far too slow the only thing awesome about this is the awesome drivers
Absolutely terrible
Will never use this app again. Canceled my food order after waiting for 45 minutes. By the time I got the notification, the restaurant had already closed. Might as well just pick up the food myself and save the money. Wish I could give it 0 stars honestly.
Not much choices
The driver is excellent! Since the update, seems the choices to choose has dwindled. Please bring more options of restaurants.
Prefer the old app
Not only did we have to make a new account for this app, but I can’t even order because it takes FOREVER to loading my card info. I’ve tried multiple times to add my card(same one I used in the old app) but it just always shows the loading icon. Waited 5mins to see if it’ll do anything and NOTHING. Really disappointed. You guys should have just kept the old app but improved it.

Grab n Grub should never have been a thing.
[Summary]
I have used Grab n Grub for over a year and for a while, in the beginning, it was a fine service that had promise. Unfortunately, it is now a poorly managed and horribly built service that may leave your wallet and your stomach both empty.
[App]
The Good:
- I've had more successful orders go through the app than the website?
The Bad:
- The user interface (UI) starts to break as you make your order and won't let you select certain options (both during ordering and check out).
- The app may triple-charge your card as it has done to me twice in the past year.
- The app also lists restaurants that are closed as "open" and "available for order" and still charge you for the meal.
- Many bugs that force you to log out and log back in just to get certain parts of the app to update such as the messages (between you, the admins, the driver, and the restaurant), the order history/tracker, etc.
The Customer Service (a.k.a. Admins):
The Good:
- When they do mess up transactions, they sometimes refund you in a week or two? Better than never, I guess.
- They have a customer support email address! Awesome.
The Bad:
- They copy-paste a lot of their greetings and send you redundant updates the app has already told you but in the messages leaving you with notification spam. i.e. The App: "Your order has been placed." The Admins: "Hafa Adai, your order has been placed!"
- They sometimes never reply ever. My last order was made on June 23, 2021 at 20:06. $15 was charged. The restaurant never got the order in the 30 minutes I have waited. I didn't get the usual two messages saying the order was placed. I never got a reply to my email to their customer support. Over a month later, I've yet to receive a refund whilst the order says it has been cancelled.

Communication not as good as old app.
I like how the new app looks, but I wish the messaging was the same.

VERY WELL PLEASED!
I understand we had to make a new account for this new app, but I’m pleased that everything is BETTER! Had more options and everything is easier! Now we can search what we want to eat and that certain food will pop up by using the search bar! Bruhhhh t mention how fast the driver was?! He was pretty quick and he was very cooperative kept me posted and I appreciated that.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Terrible customer service. Created a new app, not updating the old one. This cause my account to be deleted which I had been using for well over a year. I noticed restaurants disappearing so I inquired with customer service and they told me to download the new app, again not an updated app. When I did, everything was there. I tried to sign in and was told no account existed. I contacted customer support again, you have to creat a NEW account, effectively starting over. What a waste. I’ll never use them again.

What is the point of having a section to specify how you want your food if it isn’t going to be read. Will not order through Grab N Grub anymore.
Huge improvement from old GnG
This update of GnG is 100x better. A lot more user friendly and better looking. Order time has improved and the live chat is a game changer.
