No apple pay
I expected online ordering to be so eager for my money they’d accept Apple Pay. But no, I had to copy paste my card info in. Also this is an iPhone app and makes no use of the expensive space of the iPad screen. Truly a second rate app effort.

Double charged
Ordered with the app and went to the restaurant to pick up my food. They charged me saying I hadn’t paid. Went home and checked and was charged by both. The cost was also more than through the app.
Doesn’t work. Can’t order food.
Cannot enter credit card expiration date. Cannot order food.
Clunky and poorly designed.
I hate this app. For some reason I'll never understand my favorite pizza place changed to this from the smooth-running app they used to use. I actually just gave up on ordering because this piece of junk wasn't working correctly.

You can’t enter a cc expiration date when ordering.
White text on a white background doesn't work
Can't check out on iOS 16 because credit expiration entry is white text on a white background (unreadable). Also required me to put in an apartment number in my address when there is none (I live in a single family house). App doesn't support Apple Pay. App needs work.
Dumpster fire
This is one of the worst iOS apps I’ve ever seen- I have no idea how it can have a 4-star rating. If you fill out an order, and don’t have an address submitted yet, it becomes impossible to submit the order as the submit button is hidden. If you need to enter your credit card info, the expiration date is invisible. So it’s a haptic-feedback guessing game trying to figure out what number you’re scrolling to. Even if these critical-level bugs didn’t exist, the layout and design of this app is extremely dated (10+ years) and confusing to use.

The wheels of the credit card expiration date settings are invisible, so I have to count the clicks to figure out what number it’s going to.
Worst Customer Service
We ordered Christmas Eve, the food was to be delivered, never delivered. Restaurant got everything wrong. Your support was unhelpful and I will be deleting the app as soon as I receive a refund from the restaurant.
Your info might be compromised
Hi all, I don’t wanted to be disrespectful but I am sharing my experiences. My last three credit card got compromised. The third one got compromised today (25th December, 2020). The pattern is that all of those compromised credit cards I used in this app. I am shocked to find out the truth. I am requesting Apple to review it and if possible please take extra layers of protection.

Great app, but I wish there was like a favorite list when it shows restaurant I order from a lot, so I wouldn't need to search for each one of them every time I wanna place an order.
