Terrible Remote App
Bought this radio several years ago and found it to be very useful as far as searching around the world for different radio stations. But now years later the app has not been updated with the new Apple software and it basically is in operable. So if you are thinking of buying an Internet radio look elsewhere until Grace starts to update their apps and the reviews go higher than one star.

Grace Remote App
I love my three Grace Digital radios. Now the remote app basically is no longer working. I’ve tried from three devices. Uninstalled/ Reinstalled no difference. While the app has never been perfectly reliable it did work well enough until the last few weeks. Hope it gets an update so I can raise this rating.

This is just what I needed!
I don’t think this app could have been better or easier to use. This is just what I have needed. Now, I can stop looking for the remote that came with my radio. Thank you to the developers a thousand times!
App stopped working on ios 3 months ago. Abandoned?
Uninstalled and reinstalled, still will not find the same grace radio i have been using for the last five years. Local nerwork access is enabled. The radio is working fine apart from this remote app not working. 4 years since the last update of this app says grace has abandoned their old customers, so i am abandoning grace and buying from a different company. Worked well while it was working.

Doesn’t work at all
Don’t. The app ceased working a while ago. It looks abandoned. Grace radio is nice, needs an app that works though.
USELESS
I wanted to give this a zero stars but could not. The app, in its current state, serves absolutely no purpose and is useless. When I log on to this app with my iPhone or iPad, I’m brought to the SEARCHING FOR RADIOS screen. I am assuming this is expected behavior. The app searches and searches and searches for my radio. When I click on BROWSE, I get the same results. I am assuming this is not expected behavior. When I click on the FAQs, I find the FAQs are out of date as the answers do not match the current software on the radio, e.g. there is no service pack and I can’t find V266 anywhere. It’s a shame the app is so old and out of date while the radio met and exceeded my expectations.

App no longer works
No updates in 4 years means no work any more. No buy Grace Digital products anymore because they no longer support them. Was a great unit until now. With no IPhone support it’s pretty useless.
Won’t connect.
App worked most of the time with my original radio. Just replaced original with a new Mondo. App can’t find it. Just keeps spinning.
Buggy and outdated
This app gives you so much more ease in control with settings on the Gracie radio and is a really great app... when it works.

Very Convenient
Works great for basic functions including On/Off. Would like to see Watch support. Also more programming via the App.
Obsolete app. Bad for business
I have a brand new Mondo+ but this remote cannot see it and nor function. Why have it on the App Store if Grace does not support it?

Great app!
I love this app. Works great with my grace digital Wi-Fi radio. I’m also happy that the app works with voiceover. My only complaint is as of a few days ago, for some reason, the app won’t let me turn on the radio. I’m guessing the app needs an update. Other than that, it is great
Frustrating
Suddenly the app is not working. So frustrating!
No longer works
This app used to work but now will not show either of my radios. I dont know is my version is up to date or not, according to the app store it is but when i open the app it shows 105 at the bottom of start screen not 309 or even close to it. It worked with my solo radio now it doesnt recognize it or my newer mondo radio either and they both work fine. Please fix!

I guess they have given up on fixing the issues.
Over two years and no new updates. App constantly crashes and causes radio to crash. I’m not happy because I own 3 Grace radios. Find another brand streaming radio to purchase, don’t buy a dying companies product.

Inconsistent
Operation is spotty at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Often fails to find the radio. Yes both the radio and my phone are on the same network. Latest problem is it not turning the radio on. They need to update for iOS 11

Please update your Reciva app. to make it compatible with the updated iOS. Does not work on my Apple devices now.

This radio is exactly what I was looking for my elderly parents to be able to listen radio from internet just from one single button push.
You can choose and memorize 1-20 stations among THOUSANDS of different radios, not mentioning pandora etc.
The application by itself makes it easy to use from a phone/iPad.
