Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone wanting to get fit and change their lifestyle for the better. Grace and Kelly have done a fantastic job at building this business and community, empowering people like myself to take control of their lives to build a sustainable and healthy relationship with exercise and eating. Constantly available on hand help, whether that's direct with Grace/Kellly or with other users through our group chat. There's always someone to go to for advice and support. Couldn't of asked for a better coach and support group!
