Great context; bad app
Great content! But the app itself is extremely buggy to the point that it’s almost not usable. The last update was over a year ago. Perhaps it’s no longer supported.
Not as good as old app
The app does not have all of Pastor John’s sermon like the old on. I find this very disappointing, because I depend on those sermons.
What seems to be worse the app owners aren’t saying anything in reply to reviews. I haven’t tested how it works with the study bible app yet. So I am not able to rate that yet.

No livestream?
You use to be able to watch the full Sunday service but that portion of the app has not updated since March. 3 stars because the other content is good but I believe a majority of people are looking for the Sunday services.
Fine preaching, poor app
Can no longer easily search and find sermons by scripture passage. Of course the preaching is great, but this app is now used for pushing particular content and not used for accessing the wonderful breadth of Macarthur’s preaching through Bible. Which is a shame. This was supposedly an improvement to the app? I question that logic.

Livestream broken
No matter what. The livestream never ever works. Therefore no one can watch the Sunday sermon live. No matter how many times I log in, it’s always corrupted. This app is defective.
Excellent
Working with the children using Adventure Club, I find the teaching tips to prepare me to be an excellent teacher.
Extremely complicated App
For seniors like myself this app is just awful, difficult navigating, can’t login into my account on television. Can’t find current Sunday morning service. Grace community church can do better ☹️

Very disappointed that earlier years of Shepherd’s Conference and other series have disappeared. I was in the middle of one of the Bible Study series and the “upgrade” took it off.
The same applies to its twin Roku app. Please restore all content!! Additional appeal in July: Lord’s Day at Grace is not current; The latest I see is from early March. Please fix if at all possible.

New update
I don’t like the new update. It makes it harder me to find past sermon. The new sermons are not even upload on here, and when I go to the grace community church website to view them, it doesn’t work. What are you guys doing over there?

Revelation
I’m greatly disappointed with the app changes. The other app was much better to study from listening and read John McArthur’s notes at the same time. I could stop listening, catch up to write from the notes, then continue listening without wasting time trying to do the same even with several Grace to You apps opened. I haven’t figured out how to do something similar. The study was so rich. Thank you.

Used to be good, now bad!
I have never had so much trouble getting an app to livestream through my Apple TV in my life. The app was great until they starting messing around with it to “make it better “. Tuned to the point of not working. It’s as though the geek squad was doing their computer work!
Poor changes!!!
Recent changes, such as the removal of some of the Shepherd’s Conferences (now only 4 years available) is a shame. Why did you remove previous years?

This is a must have app for any Christian…comprehensive, exhaustive and edifying. Truly a blessing. Jude3
Blessings, however…
The app ‘orientation’ is awkward as it flips depending on what one is viewing. And, should you have a keyboard attached to an iPad, as example, it becomes useless most of the time.

I can no longer find Lords day services from the past, no coming services show, the banner across the top is glitchy. You have to ask why did you need to fix the unbroken? Also where have all the years of Shep Con gone???

Amazing content, broken app
The new app completely ruined the chromecast functionality and removed the ability to log in with previous accounts, removing all saved videos. I really hope the chrome cast functionality can be restored as well as the video download functionality.
Ruined by latest version
I love the content!! But the latest ruined it. Terrible interface on Apple TV, Roku and iOS having hard time finding anything. Everything except the top is so small I am having hard time reading it. Also unable to login so I can see content I was in process of watching. Not a fan of the privacy changes either.
