Confused & Disappointed
This app opens to a single page and just freezes. This is the only place I buy all my jewellery from. Please fix immediately, it’s been like this for a few months now.
Very confusing and unusable
The app opens to a single image (looks like a brand or splash screen), and then nothing happens. There are no buttons, no menu, no way to interact with anything. It feels like the app is frozen or unfinished, just a picture with no functionality. I tried waiting and tapping everywhere, but there’s nothing to click on. Please fix.

Crashed app
I love this app it’s super easy and streamline but it has been down and crashed for the last couple of months now with no indication of when it will be fixed which is such a bummer

App won’t open
I’ve recently used this app and there was no problem at all with it ,but yesterday and today the app doesn’t want to open ,it could be a bug or something ,but it won’t open ,it kicks me out . Hope it gets fixed soon .
Items damaged and Poor quality
I ordered 8 items and was disappointed to see one necklace arrived broken and the earrings were badly made. You get what you pay for.
