I can’t even get past the first step of defining my card boundaries, which sucks to begin with. Why do I need to take the picture on a black background and then also define the card boundaries. Also, there is no way to scroll down and advance to the next step. Needs a lot of work just to get to submitting for a grade. It’s a free app and it’s not worth that much.

Too much effort
I downloaded the app and literally had to change the settings on both of my phones in order to access both the sign-in and then the guides to define the card boundaries. It seemed like a great idea but it took way too long to adjust outer and inner guidelines. Each time I had difficulty moving the guides and then having them set in place. Since this has to be done for outer and inner boundaries on front and back of card, it would take me years to try to grade my massive collection. Doesn’t seem intuitive at all for AI. The developer needs to make edge detection automatic especially since it is nearly impossible to take a photo of a card with your phone and have it show up perfectly square. Unfortunately, I will have to cancel my subscription.

Waste of time
I tried to give it a chance abs it wouldn’t let me scroll down after I aligned the edges. I wasted my time so you didn’t have too
Garbage
Do mot even waste your time downloading this nonsense garbage app onto your phone. The absolute worst thing ever made.
Reporting textures as crease
App was showing card texture as a crease, dramatically lowering the reported grade possible. I had to double check other copies of the card to make sure I just didn’t miss a crease and the same texture is in the same spot on every card as well.

Endless loop of telling me to update
Once I open the app it tells me there is a new update. I click on iOS to update and it takes me to the App Store where it’s already installed. I click open and it sends me back to that same screen telling me to update.

Unable to create account. Unusable app.
The submit button is barely visible and unable to be pushed when creating an account rendering the app useless.
Worthless
I just downloaded this app, but I am unable to use it so it is worthless to me. When you open the app, you have the option to create an account or sign in. The problem is that only the email, password and referral code boxes are visible on the screen. There are clearly other boxes below that need to be filled out, but the app will not let me scroll down on an iPhone 12. I tried using holding the spacebar to use it as a mouse. I also went to iPhone settings and turned the text to a small as possible. Neither made any difference.

I’ve been searching for an application or software service where i can do a hd scan of my cards and it will pull a general price value for them. Would this app do that in a bulk setting?

Right now, the app does not identify the card automatically with a picture alone. The app requires that you enter the basic card details and will comp against recent auction sales if you want ROI information on "if you should grade or not". In the future, we're looking into automated card identification, but with the number of parallels, the problem is quite difficult. We've taken the approach that it's better to have accurate information added manually than innacurate information added automatically.

Charges for nothing
Charged me to speed up the ore-grading and then would ‘t show the grade until I paid more or watched an ad.
