We would love to get more details about the issue you experienced, as our app currently offers two clear subscription options: 1) A 7-day completely free trial followed by the annual plan. 2) Or your first month for just $0.99, followed by the annual plan. There should be no full upfront charge for the free trial, so we would like to understand what happened. Additionally, we want to share some great news: card grading, which previously cost $9.99, is now completely free!
