Love this app!

Really love this app because it’s super easy to use and keep track of all assignments and grades for different classes. Also love the predictor feature!

Alright

A lot of the times the actual percentages were off and I would have to end up calculating them myself anyways. But I did like how you could predict grades.

Best app to calculate your GPA

I really love this app, it’s very simple and unique. But please support the new iPhone XS Max because now the app looks awful. Thanks!

FAQ

What does Gradient Grades do?

Gradient Grades helps you track your current academic performance and predict your final grades in courses. You can input scores for completed assignments and enter predicted scores for upcoming work to see what you need to achieve your desired letter grade.

How can I customize my course settings?

You can set parameters for each course, including the grading scale and whether certain sections of the course are weighted differently. This allows the app to accurately calculate your grades based on your specific course structure.

Is Gradient Grades free to use?

Yes, the application is free to use. There are no advertisements or in-app purchases mentioned, indicating a completely free experience for users.

How does the app handle grade calculations and display?

All grades are calculated using numbers rounded to three decimal places internally. The displayed percent value for grades does not show decimals; these values are truncated, not rounded, to save space. Letter grades are determined by the grading scale you set.

What are common use cases for this app?

Common use cases include figuring out what score is needed on a final exam to get a specific grade in a class, monitoring progress throughout a semester, and experimenting with potential scores on future assignments to understand their impact on the final grade.
