Data Privacy Violation-Cannot Delete Videos
Extremely frustrating platform. The web portal blocks desktop login, forcing you to download the app. Once in the app, you cannot delete your old videos, and customer support completely ignores multiple help tickets. The official privacy email listed in their terms is broken and bounces back. This content violates standard data privacy regulations. Fix your media deletion tools and remove my old videos!
