There are a lot of stuff but if they can update the game and let people that don’t want to spend money more options I will give it a 5 star and the price to get the add ones it to much for a person who wants to show there personality

I pay for my subscription and today it stops letting me upload my own images to edit within the app I love this app and now it giving me issues

Astonishing!

Dear creator(Maker of game)

Hello, I am writing to you to say this two facts good and bad.

Fact number one; this game makes me more creative and positive to make more and more things on this app. I am glad I can express myself on spray paints game rather then having to buy things to do it in real life in your garden.

In addition to the expression this gives me- if you make a mistake you can simply touch the reverse button! Obviously, in real life’s case, let’s say your spray painting in your garden wall. You accidentally do the wrong design and it ends up looking like a disaster. Where would the reverse button be? In this game you have a reverse button which you can use for similar mistakes.

Fact No.2; I love your designs and creativity but most people can’t afford or don’t have permission to buy things on a device. You could add a few free ones and maybe you could add a ‘tryout font?’ Button to see what it’s like.

Other than that this game is my new addict!

App Keeps Freezing/Crashing. What gives?!?

Getting REALLY frustrated with the fact every time I go to load up a city scape of my city (jax, fla) the app immediately freezes up and crashes. The moment I make my selection it’s instantaneous. Yes I’m connected to wifi and no I don’t have any other apps open. Ridiculous smh

Hello JH. Not sure why that would happen The Jacksonville Florida cityscape image seems to work fine on our end. All files and data seem to be in order & we've not had any other reports of an issue. Most any issues with files could be solved by deleting & reinstalling the app then using the "Restore All Purchases" function on the home screen to re-install any purchased content that you might have. Just be sure to back up all your design files to your desktop before deleting the app.

Cross saving

I have iPhone and iPad I’m currently subscribed for the month. Will there be a time when I will be able to use one device save the item and then continue on another device ? Being able to do this would be great

Hello, thanks for using the app. You can actually do that now in a manual fashion. If you connect your phone to desktop, you can grab the files from Graffwriter and use them on your Mac or copy them to another mobile device. In order to completely protect your privacy, Graffwriter works with no in-app account & gathers no data, however there are other ways to sync the files across your devices & we are working on that. Thanks for the feedback.

Missing so much and keep restoring purchases

App creates fantastic fonts but, when using colors, app does not have a colors by code or numbers so you can identify a previous color you used. Instead, keep guessing and is very frustrating. Also, I have the full subscription but every time I export a font is asking me to purchase. When I go and purchased, it tells me I already have it and only then unlocks. Another export and same Al same, purchase the png and unlocks when I already have it but that’s the sequence to unlocked, and every time

I purchased a lot of fonts but latest update it took it all away and now have to purchase it again.

Hello, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Please just tap the "Restore Purchases" button on the home screen to make sure all of your purchased content items & features are unlocked. You definitely do not need to purchase anything again.
