Don’t buy premium

Premium doesn’t unlock more graffiti you only get six options. As from the beginning. The only differences you can save. Hello it’s called screenshot. Waste of money.

Subscription isn’t working

Bought the full version and was charged.. but still wants me to subscribe , furthermore nothing has changed and it’s been 24 hours now, I uninstalled nd reinstalled the app as well as tried the restore purchase button

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you encountered this problem on your device. This obviously should not happen. We tested it and it is also tested by Apple before the app was distributed. So in general it should work. You should be able to request a refund here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 We will update the frameworks of the app soon and hope to prevent this bug. It would help if you could send us the version of the iOS and the used device to support@graffiti-empire.com to investigate this bug and try to reproduce it. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience. Have a good day!

Barely better than the free.

I paid for the subscription and it’s no different then the free. Only thing you get for your subscription is the ability to save. The purchase subscription is still there wanting me to subscribe and there are no additional styles….

Did a restart of the app help? You can also try to click the "Restore purchase" button at the bottom of the overview page with the fonts.
