About
Numbers are often one of the first things we need in a new language – and yet many language courses neglect them and provide far too little practice.
Gräfin Zahl helps you truly understand how number words are formed and lets you practice listening, speaking, and writing numbers.
Practice numbers in different ways:
• Number Book: Connect hearing a number with reading the number word at the same time – linking its sound directly with its written form.
• Number Hand: Build number words from individual components – at three different difficulty levels.
• Crystal Ball: Practice your pronunciation – the crystal ball listens patiently.
• Raven: Listen to spoken numbers and show that you understood them.
• Quill: Write number words yourself and reinforce their spelling.
You decide how you want to learn: Let Gräfin Zahl guide you systematically through the numbers from 0 to 100 – in small, meaningful steps that build on each other. Or practice freely within a number range of your choice – currently up to 999.
Gräfin Zahl currently lets you learn Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Norwegian (Bokmål), Spanish, and Swedish. More languages will follow.
Gräfin Zahl is free – with no ads, subscriptions, or paid additional content.
