with iOS/iPadOS26, which of the functionality of this app is now broken. If you open the app and choose the “use the screenshot” or “take photo” options the app crashes; you could only use the “choose from library” option, or use the extension from within the Photos app.

the biggest difference between this and the original is that there’s “app” component that let’s you make edits on photos, etc. from the edit screen and action/share sheet (which comes in very handy 😏).

App includes a secret and seemingly arbitrary list of banned words (e.g., “racism”). If you enjoy good grammar and also censorship, then go for it. For everyone else, this app isn’t worth your time.
Identical to the first version but
There is now an actual app to markup screenshots and photos. It is crashing every time I try to use it though.
If you have the first one, don’t bother with the second. If you don’t then the second is fun to have and hopefully, the new functionality will be fixed.

Decent... but...
The app is cool. Nothing super fancy but it gets the job done. There are basic changes that would make it better.
An example would be actually being able to change the size of the chosen sticker so that it fits the text and you can see that it’s being placed correctly.
Or actually allowing the app to open outside of messages so that you can edit the library of stickers. GS2 seems to do it in messages well but the original one just inputs blank spaces when you try add something.
