I paid for subscription, but Space button doesn‘t work in Excersices. I cannot use them. Material is useful but design and usability are on One Star.

Ein Teil der Funktionen der Anwendung funktioniert einfach nicht.

Die Hälfte der Funktionen der App funktioniert nicht oder so schlecht, dass man nicht versteht, wie man sie nutzen soll. Keine der Aufgaben zum Hervorheben von Wörtern funktioniert, weshalb auch die Themen „Modalverben” und „Trennbare Verben” nicht funktionieren. Ein absolut abscheulicher Ansatz für die Entwicklung einer App, für die man Geld verlangt. Es gibt kostenlose Alternativen, die zumindest normal funktionieren.

Still Beta

App constantly logs me out and contains typos. Some exercises (e.g. in Verben mit Akkusativ und Dativ) already come with prefilled solutions. I find it not worth the money and my refund request got rejected.

Content is top, app is flop. Buy a book instead.

First the good: Cornelsen has some of the clearest and most practical grammatical explanations, with good examples and nice memorable pictures. Colorful highlights really help and the grammar topics just “click” better somehow.

Unfortunately, this app is riddled with bugs making the experience extremely unpleasant. Constantly having to re-login, lessons freezing or not loading properly forcing a reset. It is not pleasurable to use. The “adaptive” lessons are really formulaic and get boring easily.

What is truly unacceptable is I noticed some glaring grammatical errors. (For example, „wollte“ is listed under the Präteritum for mögen, „ich“ is labeled as a Verb in an answer).

My recommendation: save your money and use it to buy one of Cornelsen’s excellent grammar aktiv textbooks instead.

The idea is super, but the app is not stable

I really enjoy the material and the app seems to be able to help with German grammar a lot. But technically it is raw - the app often doesn't accept the correct answer even if there is a green mark indicating that the choice is correct, so one have to click many times "Weiter" to go to the next exercise. Also in many cases clicking back leads to an empty white screen, so I have to close and reopen the app.

Impossible to navigate

One of the worst apps I have ever downloaded. If you download this app it is almost impossible to login to your account if you have the book I strongly recommend you do not download this app

too buggy to pay for...

App is not that mature yet to charge money IMO, BETA testing usually is free. App. often loose connection, always show blank screen instead of chapter completion message, requires login again and again and again, too few exercises per topic, not worth to spend time and money.

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuing to develop the app and are working on improvements. The number of exercises per topic is determined individually, depending on how well you do the tasks. If you see only a few exercises, it means that you already know the topic well.

Super useful!

Great up for learning and maintaining German skills, lots of concise explanations! Best language app I’ve used so far!

Ich möchte die App kaufen, aber…

ich habe einige Fehler gefunden.

Bei der Adjektivdeklination gebe ich zum Beispiel „keines Kind“ ein, und mir wird angezeigt, dass das falsch ist. Dann sehe ich die Lösung, und es wird als korrekt angezeigt. Dies passiert auch bei einigen anderen Aufgaben im freien Bereich.

Am Ende der Übungen bleibt der Bildschirm leer, und wenn ich wische, blinkt für weniger als eine Millisekunde etwas auf, das sagt „Geschafft“.

Wird es Verbesserungen geben? Danke 🙏🏼

Zurzeit benutze ich das Buch Grammatik Aktiv ♥️

I can not restart the lessons that I already finished

I can not find the way to restart the lessons I finished. Once done - done for good? Please provide a way to reset the progress so that the exercise can be restarted and practiced more. Otherwise would be a good app to practice on the go.
