I’m very sorry to hear that your tour didn’t work as expected. We do have a 24/7 support team trained to deal with issues when they arise, but we are also always happy to refund anyone who didn’t have a stellar experience. If you haven’t already, please reach out via email about this refund.
In app purchase of Zion map does not download
Great way to explore Grand Canyon at your own pace.
This allowed our family to drive where we wanted to go and see what was coming up next. And if a spot looked to busy we could skip to the next and just loop back once the crowds thinned out.
One suggestion for improvement would be to have the app be able to load onto CarPlay. We had our phone connected to the car for all to hear the voice track just would have been nice to also have the display of the map on the car’s screen. Definitely NOT a deal breaker just suggestion for an update.
