Part of the game is t working so it’s cheating ppl out of coins ,try to report it they robots don’t want to know ask for a human being you get ignored

Misleading and changes the rules mid season
During season 6 of pet home I was on the 10th level and the game developers decide to change the amount of coins for completing a level. It went down from 10 trillion to 2 trillion and you needed 2.5 million hammer points, instead of 1 million hammer points to complete it. Also my daily reward went down from 200 billion to 20 billion.
The pet home season just ended and I was waiting for my “final prize” of 43 trillion coins when customer service told me it isn’t a reward at the end of the season it is how much you would make through out the season. BUT IT LITERALLY SAYS FINAL PRIZE. Mean when the season ot over this is the prize you will be given.

Hey, designers. It would probably be a pretty good idea to design this slot game to where the player can win once in a while. There should be no reason that you go through 26 BILLION credits without a single win, bringing the balance to zero. Also, try to make it actually random so that it’s fair. Every time you get a bonus all we get is the minimum possible outcome. Every time you try a new slot, it starts out giving you a couple wins, even a bonus. But then from that point forward, it’s like pulling teeth just to get a bonus round. And at that, the bonus round completely tanks and you win nothing!! You spend 25 billion credits to win back 1 billion. A little out of balance wouldn’t you say? This game sucks!!!

One of the better slot games/ frequent winning streaks and losing streaks do occur, rare and overall you can play for days on 1-2 days of wins. My only issue, is sometimes, the amount you bet increases without you doing it and u can lose a bunch of..being 74 and disabled, I can’t afford to buy a lot, but you can rebuild ur $$ easily enough
