sent the below note a week or so ago. I did get a response to contact Patrick, and so I tried that, but it was so complicated….it apparently did no good. So, I’m still very frustrated and disappointed!!!!
“I am so frustrated! I used to enjoy playing Grand Casino very much, but you took THE FUN away when you didn’t give me any adds to watch so I could add to my coins. Also, you took away the cup on the left side of the screen where I can see my ranking when I’m playing the games. I’ve been deleting the app, hoping that when I come back, all the good things I used to have, would be there. Please update to the original Grand Casino!! I have everything on my iPhone. Why would the iPad be different than my iPhone?? Please update so that my iPad can show the extra things. Thank you!!”

They don’t tell you it costs about $4.50 to draw out $40.00. It cheats just like all the rest. The redeem process is unreal!!!
Failure
I’ve never playing this game for ages used to enjoy it but now it claims my streak has ended again. I played daily for a few minutes at least but now I’m told my streak has ended again I could understand the first time because maybe I didn’t play but I know it’s not the reason now or a change in my device I’m done and am deleting the app too many problems with 3rd party advertising and now this over the past year. I can’t honestly recommend Scoply anymore.

My bingo is my favorite game. Unfortunately this game is mostly losing bingo cards and I have to wait for more points to accrue. Now the extra ads that you can get more points with is gone. Not happy. Too hard to win.
