Completely useless
2nd time I download this app to immediately delete it after a few minutes of use. Logging in to manage your loyalty points is quite impossible which renders this app useless.

Great update! This app is so easy to use, it makes my cinema experience so simple, not to mention Grand Cinemas’ amazing service. Keep it up GC.

Given the number of excellent cinema apps available around the world, there's really no excuse for building one that has so many bugs, is not very intuitive, doesn't provide the necessary information, and is overly cluttered. Looking forward to v2.0.

Idea Great but Useless
Not updated movies list. Some crashes present. Movies thumbnail(pictures) not retina display. Would like to see some improvements to change review!!
A disaster
Can't book any ticket because "the number of seats I requested are not available at the moment" even if i chose one seat at any movie, and it only shows the 10pm show.
Not so good
UI needs a revamp. User experience is less than optimal. Network errors all the time. No iPhone 5 support.
Mediocre
I received an SMS promoting this app. Since this is new and is at its first version, you should've thought about making it iPhone 5 compatible to start with. The idea is great, the UI is disastrous. The registration process is a mess, network errors are more than frequent and the graphics (horrible) are of a standard equivalent to that of a gameboy. I'm a big movie amateur, this app would facilitate my life (if it was well made) but instead I was shocked by a reckless disregard to all details.

Could be so much better
The UI is good and easy to use but here is what i don't like: it does not show all showtimes for the movies(it's only showing the 10:30 pm show when i saw on the website that there is an 8 pm show), it opens ads in safari(!!!!!!) and takes forever to load! It would also be nice to make it iphone 5 compatible
