Was a decent app before update
Used to be able to use the app. I primarily used it for setup when i was on the exterior of the camper, and when i would flush the tanks so i could remotely monitor the tank levels. Now I have to log in just to connect to bluetooth, which after the last update, doesn’t work. It will not sync to the board if it does, had to delete my camper and re-add it, now it does not show my battery, tank levels, light or slide statues. This thing was good before, now it’s garbage. Prime example of fix it till its broke.

Oscillates between WiFi and Bluetooth. Nothing works now.
Dims lights on its own
Since the latest update i have noticed dimmable lights, the app keeps setting them at 50% brightness when i turn on any dimmable light. I have to repeatedly set the brightness to 100%. Real pain in the ars.
Does not work on Ford F250 screen
This app used to show up on my F250 screen but now it says it’s not configured. Is there something I need to do to configure so it will show tire pressure/temperature on my F250 screen like it used to?
Notifications
Please fix the app so we can delete older notifications.
Unnecessary login
They took what should be a very simple app and added so many logins that you could never actually use it
What about the Serenova 160lg?
I installed the app, but Serenova is not even listed as an option.
Doesn’t work anymore
We’ve had a grand design travel trailer for five years. Used the previous compass connect app with just a Bluetooth connection and no major issues. It wasn’t flawless, but it worked well enough.
Whatever was changed is terrible. The app previously had my trailer information. Now I have to login and when I try to submit my travel trailer info the app times out before I can even get the VIN inputted let alone any other info. Thanks for complicating a decent system and making it useless.

No CarPlay

Logging in every time!
Every time I go to use the app I have to log in even though I have created an account and logged in previously. Get a little old when your standing outside in the rain to open your slide and the app asks for your login and password which your have to type in every time.
New update
I did like it, until the new update. Now I can't even connect anymore.

So this app used to work more or less ok wasn’t perfect but got the job done. Now I have to log in repeatedly even more than once a day sometimes when I shouldn’t have to log in at all. LCI just wants to track all the things.
Well I’ll be contacting LCI as this nifty new “feature” logged me out while slides were in motion (only trying to bring DS slide in a bit to release tension on slide topper to work on the rail) well since it logged me out it kept running the slides the collided inside crushing the floor of one slide with the couch in the other and I had no way to stop it. Pump continues to run for several minutes before shutting down. When I tried to stop it from the panel inside it says feature I use from another location.
Even after the pump stopped and the damage had been done. A monitor two layers or tried again to squeeze them together.
I will no longer use this app for anything beyond lighting and HVAC control, and will also be contacting Lippert to write the check for repairs to the couch and slide floor replacement.

Having to log back in is a pain
Requires you to re-login regularly, which is a huge pain when you're camping and trying to just quickly turn on/off a light.
Unnecessary Log Ins
I agreed with 79 Zebra. I’ve had to log in 5 times today just to check tank levels and turn on/turn off lights. The only thing I am using it for is right at the camper local. It is very annoying to have to log on just for a brief activity. I should not need to log on to Lippert to turn on lights that are through a Bluetooth connection if I am within the Bluetooth range. I camp a lot in areas that have no cell phone nor internet signals how is that going to affect the application?

TPMS Car Play Removed
Latest version does not connect to apple car play and no longer allows you to safely check you tires. This needs to be corrected ASAP!!

WiFi delay
The WiFi option should allow you to disable it in the connection option. If you only want Bluetooth you might want to start a hobby you can do while waiting for WiFi to give up.
Missing models
App so no support for the 100 series reflection.
Great App
The app only gets better with each update. I use the app only every camping trip. It’s nice to be able to adjust the lighting while outside.
