GRAND Drive

GRAND Drive is the driver app for GRAND, a New York City transportation company. Approved drivers get their trips, route and dispatch in one place — designed to be used safely on the road, on supported iPhones. YOUR DAY, ONE SWIPE AT A TIME • Go online and see your next pickup the moment it's assigned. • Timed job offers show the pay, the pickup and where the trip fits in your day. • Every trip step — start, arrived, rider on board, drop-off — is one swipe in the same spot, so it can't be tapped by accident. • Shared rides and back-to-back trips show the stop order (P1, P2, D1, D2) and who is on board. BUILT FOR DRIVING • A dark Drive view while you're moving, with arrival time and one-tap navigation. • Wait timer at pickup, fare collection for program trips, and help from dispatch when you need it. • Flexible layouts for compact and large displays. YOUR ROUTE AND PAY • My route: the whole day as a timeline, including will-call returns. • Earnings: today and this week, what's awaiting payment and what's paid. • Tolls, receipts and incident reports in a few taps. GET STARTED New drivers apply in the app: verify your TLC record, upload your documents and sign the driver agreement. Signed-in drivers can try a practice shift with fictional riders before their first real trip. WHO CAN USE GRAND DRIVE? GRAND Drive is for adult licensed transportation professionals working with GRAND. An approved GRAND driver account and the required documents are needed before trips become available. Downloading the app does not guarantee approval, trips or earnings. GRAND Drive is not a passenger ride-booking app. LOCATION With your permission, GRAND Drive uses precise location while you are signed in as an approved driver, including in the background, so dispatch can coordinate pickups and record trip events. Sign out or turn off location permission to stop sharing.
